Dirty Secretz – Ghost In The Maschine

Something fresh out on Whartone Records, huge smash for Dirty Secretz. As made clear in the title, this is a prett eerie tune combining some sidechained synths with some bouncy tech drums and an awesome deep bass pattern. Absolute winner of a tune!

Katta – Ultra Flava (The Cube Guys Mix)

I had to blog about this one. Great track, great remix! I loved the original and used to play a few of the remixes out back in the day so this brought back a lot of memories. I’m now looking forward to playing this remix out at the weekend. I love it!

Maya Schenk – Bitch Slapping (Hoxton Whores Club Mix)

I’m loving everything the Hoxtons touch at the moment. Yet another quality remix showing what tech house is really about. Some raunchy vocals in this, absolutely love it! Due to be released on 13th December on Gypsy & Jungle Boy.

Guille Placencia & George Privatti – Chop EP

Fresh from 1605…just as it says in the Soundcloud sample! Excellent little riff in the first track ‘Chop’, it’s a real head-nodder. I’ve bought this one already and can’t wait to drop it! The second tune is just as good, it’s called ‘El Santuario’ and it’s what tech house is all about. Huge EP, gonna be hearing these a lot, I can tell!

Loko – Rollercoaster EP

A huge two track EP released on Great Stuff Records. The first track is ‘Rollercoaster’, it has a nice shuffly drum pattern and a bit of a wobble bass to it. Really nice tune! The second track is ‘International Love’ which has some really nice strings in the breakdown along with some warped bass sounds. A big old skool sound to it, I’m looking forward to playing this out.

Paul Sirrell – What You’re Feeling

This one is out on Orange Groove Recordings as a part of the Paul Sirrell vs Surreal Pill EP but this one deserves a mention on its own! A very well put together track with a nice vocal over some well produced drums and a kick-arse blippy bassline stab. I love a well constructed track that actually does something after the main drop, and this is exactly that! Huge tune, check it out!

Phunk Investigation – All Right

This one’s a bit of a builder! Nice twitchy tech drums complimented with a lovely bass pattern. Loads of white noise, crowd chanting etc. Released on InStereo Recordings, I’m looking forward to playing this out!
