Sucio Ingles – Bad Boys EP

Okay, so I might be being completely biased with this release. This is a tech house EP released on DOJO Music and produced by myself (Lawrence Friend) and Thomas Frake under our alias ‘Sucio Ingles’. We have had some pretty good feedback so far and it’s worth checking out! Good times..

DOJO Music’s write up:
Sucio Ingles release there first EP on DOJO Music. Bad Boy is the lead track and you can understand why on first listen, with its infectious bassline and vocal loops this is going to be a force to reckon with in the coming weeks and months. C’mon is the perfect accomplishment to this EP and another great example of why Sucio Ingles will be a force in 2014.

Sucio Ingles’ biog:
Sucio Inglés have been making their mark on the underground DJ scene, in the UK and internationally, since 2008. Sucio Inglés, previously known as Dirty English, have been the goto line-up stalwarts for various clubs & brands including, Gifted at Ministry of Sound, Dreamland at Pacha, Husky at Coalition, and Skyy Vodka at Electric to name but a few. This strong duo ship have played in clubs, over the air, and around the world including, London, Dubai, Romania, Shanghai and Select UK.

Thomas Frake and Lawrence Friend have been respected and followed throughout the house scene for their sensational live sets, control of the dancefloor, and their intelligent set programming that sees them defy genres, tear-up playlists, and spark euphoria with their crate-digger musical selection. Their love and passion for dance music and club atmospheres goes a long way too.

Sucio Inglés has been re-imagined for 2013 in an exciting new project that will see these house music enthusiasts take the essence of their dance floor into the studio. With tracks including Bad Boy, Get Down, C’Mon and Step Up already in the boxes of some of the major labels, and getting attention from global DJ and producers, you are about to hear a lot more of Sucio Inglés.

Eddie Amador & Dany Cohiba – Taboo (Stanny Abram Abracadabra Remix)

What a choon! This has got to be one of my favourites at the moment. Tech house music produced the way it should be, I could go on all day about this one but I’ll let it speak for itself. Seriously, check this bad boy out!

Benny Royal ft Mr Eyez – Get Down With Thiz

An original mix and three great remixes of this one, personally the Hazzaro remix is my favourite with the Darko De Jan remix in close second. Lovely release for Housesession Records and Benny Royal. I’ve already heard this played out, looking forward to playing it myself. Nuff said!

Junior Sanchez – W2TU (Welcome To The Underground)

Slightly deeper tech than my usual style but I really liked this one. It’s a really unpredictable track with loads going off in it… stabs, sirens, filtered breaks and builds. It’s different and it’s awesome. ‘Av a listen!

Solution – Feels So Right (The Remixes)

I’ve been posting a lot of previews lately, but rest assured that as soon as they are released I will be updating the links so you can buy them. I am merely showcasing the tracks and linking my subscribers to the ‘listen now’ samples. This release is an absolute monster! Fresh from Toolroom Records, the original mix came out a while ago and now there are four juicy remixes to sink your teeth into. The ‘Friends Within’ remix was recently played by Annie Mac on Radio 1 a while back which went down really well, I’ve been waiting on the release of this for a while now and it’s all set to be released on Monday 25th November. Not long!

Toolroom’s write up on this is:
A timeless classic that has been sampled, referenced and aspired to since its inception, Toolroom Records now presents a fresh new remix package of Solution’s unforgettable ‘Feels So Right’ from some of today’s most exciting producers, Friend Within, Lars Vegas, Joe T. Vannelli and WhiteNoize.

One of New York’s finest and most prolific DJs, Victor Simonelli was one of the early pioneers of the unique NYC underground dance music movement that is now religiously followed by the clubbing faithful the world over. Having already been involved in many high profile projects, it was his release of ‘Feel So Right’, under the guise of Solution, that cemented Simonelli’s status among the house elite.

UK man of the moment, Friend Within, delivers a fresh, deep & rolling update of the original, already receiving strong support with its first airing from Annie Mac (BBC Radio 1) and Shadow Child (Rinse FM); a sure fire underground hit if ever there was one.
With a strong reputation for solid house grooves, Dutchman Lars Vegas digs out the old school synths to deliver an energetic and cleverly pitched take on ‘Feels So Right’; this mix is infectious and will be heavily playlisted across many genres of DJ.
Next up, renowned Italian producer and DJ, Joe T. Vannelli’s ‘Diva’ Remix takes no prisoners; it’s a heavy, techy, peak time onslaught taking the original to totally new and diverse territory.
Following a string of successful remixes and releases, America’s finest disco house duo WhiteNoize deliver an up to date take on ‘Feels So Right’. Keeping the soul and ethos of the original, their remix is a tribute to their style, keeping it accessible to all.

A stunning set of remixes to compliment a true house classic.

Veiga ft Spicco – Black Hole

Cheeky little tech house track with some nice remixes from Rober Gaez and Sebastien Gnewkow. Rober Gaez’ remix is nice and bouncy with a nice old skool sounding breakdown and Sebastien Gnewkow’s remix has a big riser build and a SERIOUS bassline. Can’t wait to play this out in the clubs. Forthcoming on Caballero Recordings, set to be released on the 5th December. Winner!

Muzikfabrik ft Hegyi Akos – This Is My Life (Jorge Montia Remix)

I found this little gem whilst mooching around on Soundcloud today. This is right up my street! Some lovely use of some big piano chords and twitchy vocals all whipped up into a tech house monster.

Will Gold – You Don’t Stop (Tim Cullen Remix)

Massive remix on behalf of Tim Cullen. This one reminds me of the old skool with its warp basslines and techy stabs. Absolute slammer for any dancefloor and a huge tune for Grin Recordings. Tried & tested, you need this in your life!
